Midtown Launch Campaign

Established in 2002 with a paid up capital of AED 18.38 million, Deyaar has grown exponentially over the past decade. Having built a reputation for the quality of their tower projects, Deyaar wanted to launch Midtown, their first mixed-use master development, spread over 5 million square feet. With the real estate market booming once again, Midtown had to stand out amidst several similar projects sprouting across the emirate. Keeping this in mind, Cityscape Dubai served as an ideal platform to launch the project campaign so that it reached ready customers. The campaign, themed ‘a richer community lifestyle at a price you’ll love’, was driven by a highly visible multi-media campaign. The strategy worked and Midtown allured enough attention for its first phase to sell out amongst over 40,000 visitors.
