Manchester United Credit Card
In September 2013, EmiratesNBD signed an agreement with Manchester United for a co-branded credit & debit card.
Instead of a regular webpage on the bank’s main website, we designed and developed a dedicated microsite for the launch. Much more than just a list of product features, the microsite even offered the user a customised interactive digital experience that aimed to bring alive the feeling of being ‘part of the team’, via a customised gamification experience.
Further, in order to build deeper relationships with potential customers (ManU fans), the site also hosts a fan-zone, that is positioned to become the region’s digital hub for fans to get match & team related updates, access forums, win exclusive benefits, and more.
The Bank reached it’s 3 month sales targets in less than a month after launch with majority of leads being generated via the microsite.
